You want a separate hardware profile for when you're booted through VMware because you will not have the Sigma Tel hardware, you'll have a virtual Soundblaster card.

After spending nearly 6 hours on it yesterday. It's too crazy for me to try and figure out. The main issue is getting a webcam to work. I did try to manually install the SigmaTel driver but is said it was not supported. All the while making sure no anitivirus, spam, or firewalls where running. I have installed and repaired VMWare Tools many times. After Installing boot camp and the Apple Drivers, I'm getting the correct driver Sigma-tel drive and everything seems to be working fine.Īfter installing VMWare Fusion.
